What you are asking is rather illegal.... If you didn't get a copy of 1.3.1 before it was discontinued, then you can't get it unless you get it illegally.

Well, I can say this, ANYONE can get a freaken nulled versions/Illegal versions of any forum, that can get you banned/suspended and stuff, I have IPB 1.2, its fine, http://www.getskinned.co.uk has kins for 1.3 that work with 1.2 great! Although Im having problems with a mod named DKarma, its for 1.3/1.2 (I think), problems problems problems...

1.3 and down is free. You can find files online. It's not illegal.

1.3.1 and up without paying is illegal.

Well, if you cant download it off the invisionboard site, then it is illegal because redistribution is not allowed, unless it is then Im wrong, well if you are correct and it is legal, send me a URL to IPB 1.3 please, It will probably fix the DKarma mod problem =)
