It's actually a pretty nifty script. Two-step installation (upload file, set username:password). The interface is clean, and it's pretty effective. Allows people to manipulate files and directories. It can't access any files or directories up any levels, so it's pretty secure. I find it useful for when I don't quite feel like using cpanel to upload simple files or such, or when I need to allow some friends to upload/edit files on my site.
