getting error while posting blog from windows live writer

can anybody help me i am having problems while posting blog from the windows live writer i have configured all the settings and it is also uploading but at the middle of the upload it just stops and show me this error

maybe it is the host not allowing of uploading from a 3rd party. Or maybe you need to give the ftp permissions. Really do not know unless we see the script.
