tryin to install subdreamer

and i get this error can someone tell me wat it means?

It means that there is no database name "subdreamer" for your MySQL. Yeah nead to make own through your cPanel.

SWIRLY : I Think you Haven't created the Mysql username And Password Cuz All Cpanel Mysql username Starts With your username as prefix like username_db
and also The Database name Start With Your Username As Prefix Like username_mydb
Make Sure You Created The database And Added The Username And Password to the database Access List

Correct, cPanel does that to avoid database conflicts.
Example:
If your username was moo, your database name would be:
moo_database-name-here
