Installing OTRS

Hi,

I'm planning to install OTRS (Open source Ticket Request System) in x10hosting to manage my clients requests and try to manage my team. Is this possible?

If it's possible and don't violate the ToS, can you guys provide me we some guidance? this is is the first hosting i will try to use myself

were you able to upload OTRS using X10 Hosting. i have uploaded to FTP but not sure how to deploy.
