Okay, look; here's a simple way to get a comment box.

1. Go to www.htmlcommentbox.com
2. Customize the box using to tools provided
3. Generate the code
4. Copy/Paste into your file
5. Done!

This is an easy way to get a commenting box without having to process a new database.
Also, if you own a Google account, you can log in and administer the comments.
