    Content Manager

I'm new to the whole web development thing... and I was wondering if anyone knew of anything that could manage all the content in my webpage.

    Such as...

I could upload files and categorize and put a description and users could search them.

I could have an option to select how many per page

Users could sign in and be a discussion board

    Simple stuff like that

*I want the menu and stuff to be like www.gamershood.com

(I've already designed my website... now I just need to find content management stuff)

php- nuke is good for a content manager, if you dont mind doing some stuff yourself you could always go for smf + MKPortal. That is always a nice combo. There are really alot of choices out there. Xoops is another one thats not to bad.
