Vb.net windows forms applciation chat program - database help
I'm developing chat program in vb.net. I need database to store membership and website. I saw x10hosting ad and I decided to hot it here, but I can't connect to the database from my PC... "Could not find the SQL Host" or something like that. Can somebody tell me how I can code my program to connect to my database here from everywhere? And what configuration I need to do from cPanel?

Whatever your technical difficulties might be, you have one problem that's much bigger: chat apps are specifically prohibited on x10Hosting servers because of their database usage pattern.
