I would like a reply of what exactly you're looking for (what must our abilites be?), what types of jobs will different people be doing, and is this free or will you compensate people somehow?
PS. The last question I am not too curious about, because I would gladly do anything for free right now to improve my skills at it. But other people might want to know this question so I thought I would ask it in advance. :hsdance:

Research, HTML, MYSQL are the main tasks. If you don't know some its ok. Research is easy just look up on webpages etc.
I do have pay. Each task is from 10 to 100 points.
