Graphics Card Update HELP!

Hello,
I am upgrading my graphics card to an ATI All-In-Wonder.

I have replaced only one thing in my computer and that is a CD-ROM drive. I would like to know if my computer is compatible with it and also, any tips to help me. Here is my specs:

• Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)
• Dell Dimension 2400

Bios: Phoenix ROM Bios PLUS Version 1.10 A05
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40GHz
Memeory: 510MB RAM

DirectX Diagnostic Tool found 0 problems.

My Monitor is Plug in Play so I dont think that will cause any problems.

The only thing I am worried about is the power supply. Although I am replacing my current graphics card and that I have never put anything into this computer before, I could not find the wats. So please help me with that too.
