HTML Layout Help

Hrm were do i start my colour taste is rubbish so some ideas on the colour and could some one help me set out the HTML so its alot easyer to handle the page the only php in the page is for the X10 Adds.

Im no good at making layouts so a little advisment here would be realy nice. By the way its ment to be the Clan website for the X10 Clan CS:S server.

Firstly, get rid of that font. Stick to the safe ones, arial, tahoma. You could make the background dark and have the background for the tables lighter, so they look more definded. Also place the cell padding at about 5, this will make it look neater. Try making the site 700 pixels and centre it. It will make it look better and you wont need as much content to make your sit look busy.

Ok here we go. I didnt have much time to format the text or add and nice filenames. It will make your site look more clan like. Enjoy. I also added a gradient to the top.
