I have camtasa studio 3 and a valid key with me. can i record the videos and upload those videos into my hosting. i want to use video scripts for my hosting. can i upload the videos recorded with camtasa to my own video site and allow users to view it. or there are any legality involved with recording and publishing.

Legally (and in terms of the x10Hosting terms of service) there shouldn't be a problem -- provided that the Camtasia videos don't involve instructions for cracking, warez or copyright violation. You may, however, run into problems with resource use. It would be far better to upload the video to something like YouTube and just put the video embed code on your page rather than trying to allow users to download from your page. (If you do want to allow downloads, well, videos tend to be big files and torrents are the only good way to ensure reliable downloads of big files. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a torrent tracker that doesn't also allow torrents of warez, keygens and pirated material. For that reason, torrents are verboten here -- one bad torrent can cause no end of trouble for x10Hosting, and your business isn't worth risking theirs.)

I do agree with him but few trackers allow legal search google for it like legal torrent or legit torrent.

If you are doing it under GPL or BitTorrent Distribution of Open Licensed Media and certain blah blah blah then this article may be it help you.
