Which Version is better?

MicroTechXP is a Tech Site and it might go through a big change. I nead your help. I nead you to say which one would be better for the site.

It's pretty close, they both looks pretty good. I would choose the first one, but I would remove text between the "MicroTechXP > Main" (etc.) and the topmost update ("Announcement", "Recent Main")... it just seems like your content is a little too low on the screen when the page first loads.

Hi,
I think you misunderstood what I said... I was talking about the text BETWEEN the MicroTechXP > Main thing and the content (the list of 4-5 things there), and the content wasn't short, it was just low on the screen because of the space above it, but that's not a problem if you are going to use the second layout.
