Silly question, huh? Well it's new to me, SO SHUT UP!!!
sorry, sorry...
How do you host a pic on your site?
First Step, Log into your cpanel account by going to youradress.x10hosting.com/cpanel or yourdomain.com/cpanel.
Next Step, Go to File Manager.
A New window will pop up.
Go to public_html or something. with public_.
Then upload your image using the upload a file button.
or Make a folder usually /images/ then upload the file in the folder.
There ya go! If you need help PM me.
Or install a photo album in fantastico
Thanks! and I assume you name the new picture file whatever the pic's extension is, correct? EDIT: oh wait, I can just upload them by clicking upload files! That helps a ton.Originally Posted by pulse__xx
Oh, and DesertWar, I can't since cPanel keeps telling me I have reached the max amount of MySQL databases, even though I have none...

Hi forte,
You can still use YaPIG to manage your photos. Just upload the zip file into a folder under public_html folder. Once you read the "readme.txt" and make the changes, you can start uploading like mad and you even get a gallery.
http://yapig.sourceforge.net/ is the page to check out. No database required. Easy to install

If you work with PHP, you can just make your own -- that's what I did, and it didn't take that long.
