Ok, well I am releasing my file editor... There is only 1 problem. Not everything works. The edit file function and that is all that works.
Which is the reason it is 0.1 the other .7 is that i've almost gotten the chmod part working.
So the file is attached below. I will update this post everytime i release a new version
EDIT Also its not good with filenames or folder names with spaces. I'm still working on that

actually it can't. the user doesn't have the correct permission.
anyways so I will post the updated version in a little but. I coded the chmod in and the create file in but i edited them out because of user permission. if you want to use the create I will post directions on how to add it in
