    [REQ] Vbulletin [How to Install Mods and Hacks]

    Title says it all.. I would like to install a few skins, and hacks. could someone please point me in the right direction.

    [EDIT] I Have Installed uShop, Yet the installer file doesn't want to run..

    well i talked to him on msn. i was asking how to installing a vb skin. he said he will do it for $7. but on this post it looks like he cannot install a skin. so this leads me to belive that he tried scamming me.
