e107 installation.. strangely doesnt work

Just creating a beta site so i put all the archieve and file permissions under a new folder beta and when i go to the domain/beta/install.php - i just get a blank screen ..?

Try viewing it in IE (eww) if you aren't already.. sometimes pages are geared to not be displayed in anything except IE.

umm, can you post a screenshot, i don't know exactly what you're talking about, but i have e107 on my site

Was using IE (not a fussy guy over browsers as hackers are moving over to FF now anyway) and theres no point me making a screenshot of a blank screen. Basically be blank i mean white space... no installation stuff at all.

Don't know why it wouldnt work.. i've installed e107 thousands of time before when 0.7 was in beta :S
