which is better?

Just finished the layout for my new site, but before i go ahead and ad all the info anjd stuff i want to know what you all think is better? the design I have now, or the new one in have made.

also the current one was a template i downloaded so i think the new one is better seeing as i made the whole thing

Yeh go with the one that works in all browsers, as it has better functionalirty for all users. However I thought that you meant, a complete new layout instead of modifications to the old one. But go with the new one as it has better functionality as mentioned ealier.
