That link doesn't work, and I have never used SMF as an administrator, but see if you can edit the board wrapper somewhere from the Admin CP, then try to figure out where you should put it (might take a few guesses). If you'd like, you can PM me your admin username and password and I can see if I can figure it out later, I'm going out now but I'd be happy to try later.

I signup a quick account and I think you need to do something in the Theme and Layout Settings part of the administration. I might be wrong though, because I have never worked with SMF before.
Sorry if it doesn't work.
