VBulletin

Im starting a VBulletin forum and I would like to know how to add options to the site navbar like on x10, x10RPG, x10Radio. One more thing is that I'm using vBaCMPS to open a portal with the news, polls etc when the website opens but when I add a page in the vBaCMPS (text page) and I try to open it after created it just leads me back into the forums, thanks for your time reading this and thanks for your probable help :D

EDIT: The text page problem is solved, now only need help on how to add those options to the upper forum navbar. Thanks.

I see that you are using IPB...so do you mean IPB?
