No folder or ftp working

In my instant webhosting i cant find the www or public_html folder so i cant put my index page on so it can view and also ftp programs dont work with this instant hosting as i need it to work with dreamweaver

I dunno about x10hosting yet, but at awardspace i had a file manager and if u want to put files by ftp i don't think there's a folder needed. Just put the index into root when you log in

ill stay here thanks just ge the admin to sought it out soon but thanks anyway i can trust these guys well ive been with them a couple of years now with multiple accounts
