YOu can implement the same vipjatt.com kind of functionality using wordpress also.

Sorry for being brief.
The site you mentioned is using a directory script.This means that like in windows xp we can have folder inside folder inside folder etc..
the php code will show website content like in a directory inside directory etc.The site content can be shown easily so that you can have a music library script etc.

If you want to have a site which runs audio files like a music album site ..
You can do it using the following way.There can be other ways..but this is one of them

1.Install joomla CMS (further details www.joomla.org)
2.Install the extensions to Joomla using one of the links I mentioned in my previous post
3.Activate the site and you have a site similar to one you mentioned.
