Do you mean that the amount of bandwidth left in your free hosting account is to be displayed on your webpage so that you directly access it?
If so, cPanel has a bandwidth meter
or
You can look out for DataCenter Bandwith counters.

Please clarify if you want to see it from frontend or backend.
