The second one is better, in my opinion. I like the cleanliness of it and the general color scheme of it. When you get whichever you choose fully finished, post back here. I'd like to see the final result.

Also, you got both of those templates from Zymic.com, I presume? Good choice. Zymic has great templates and I love how most of them come with the PSD files, too.

While the first has a sort of casual approach to it, the second has that, and makes it look professional at the same time. The second one would definitely be more pleasing to you're viewer's eyes. Well, they were to mine, at least. LOL.
