Drupal errors not letting me download a theme

Hi,
I have the following errors in my new Drupal site. Does anyone know how to fix these? I have only made 2 simple test pages. I'm not able to download a new theme.

I think it's something like "HTTP request fails" and I suspect it is disabled in php config. Look at your Status Reports. Please x10hosting allow this feature.

Thank you for your help. Does this mean that x10hosting does not allow you to download a theme for a Drupal site? Do they allow you to download a theme for a WordPress site? Maybe I'll have to switch to WordPress. I can't imagine creating a site and not being able to apply a theme.

You can download the theme to your computer and then use cPanel to upload the zip file to your account into sites/all/themes and uncompress it there. Or uncompress on your computer and use Filezilla (or your favorite FTP client) to upload the files.
