there is a problem with new service of rvsitebuilder

when we finally publish the site after building
then at the following process get done

Loading data in project
Validating publish folder.
Validate mysql lang support
Updating publish data.
Validating component configuration.
Testing database connection
Creating admin account
Calculating data in project
Calculating files in project
Compiling static data
Compiling dynamic data
Building pages

but at
Copying files stage
it give error

Network connection Error(401: Access Denied), please try again.

as account is suspended due to high server resource usage........
