Can any one tell me an open source script

from which i can make a site in which other peoples can register and create their blogs in my site
and we all have common forum in the site.

i think it may be any cms script

I've moved this to the correct forum. Try Wordpress (with multisite enabled) and a forum bridge or plugin. Note that this would be against the x10hosting terms of service, so you cannot host it here.
