add copyright symbol

hey i've got a question,

i think i've done it before, anyway i just created a new page on my website (http://neptunerevival.x10hosting.com) and i'm trying to add a copyright sign at the bottom of the page. I try inserting "&copy" and i also have tried just actually clicking the symbol button while in the html editor and adding it, but when you view it, it just shows up as a question mark with a box around it, my archive page (http://neptunerevival.x10hosting.com/web/default.htm) has a copyright symbol at the bottom of the page, but i can't seem to get a copyright symbol on my new page.

yes, that's the one i want, but did you go to the first site, it'll come up with some question mark in a diamond, and what is the "alt-0169" for, where do i input that or w/e?

Well if you are using &copy then you're missing the ;

like i said, i entered the copyright symbol in by clicking the symbol button and selecting the copyright symbol also, but i guess i'll try manually entering that in

If you're talking about the copyright symbol on the right of your home page, it is displaying fine for me. In web applications © will display the copyright symbol.

actually, it doesn't display correctly in firefox. Only in IE.

Hold ALT and press 0 then 1 then 6 then 9 on your KEYPAD (not the digit keys on the keyboard). Make sure your Num Lock is ON so the keypad works ;)
