If you have Steam installed, click on the Tools tab, and start Dedicated Server. I believe you can specify which game you want to serve using Steam.

Generally the rule of thumb for game servers is if you can play the game on your OS then you can run a server on it too, so if you don't have Linux and you are able to play the game without problems (should be the case) then you shouldn't have any problems running a server for it.
Seven: This rule is so underrated, keep your family and business completely separated.

Dedicated server under Steam like Magistrate mentioned. Also, your best bet is to spend a bit of money and get one because the performance of your 'PC Server" will not be topnotch.
