I want to host html pages is there any susspensions to use html site

Html sites are allowed.Suspensions will not be due to html web technology that you are intending to use but the content of the site.
So if the content / what the script does is against ToS : only then the suspension can happen.
Other minor suspensions are High resource usage which is independent of technology but the resources you are using.

I'm having a very hard time trying to imagine the circumstances under which a static HTML site would cause an HRU suspension, since all the server is managing is disk I/O (since there's no computation or database interaction).
