Filezilla not connecting to website! Need help!

Mac OS X Snow Leopard
FileZilla 3.5.1
Manual IP address
-When I try to connect to my website by ftp (unprscc.pcriot.com) it returns:

Error: Could not connect to server

I tried the configuration wizard, but it returns

Response: 220 FZ router and firewall tester ready
USER FileZilla
Response: 331 Give any password.
PASS 3.5.1
Response: 230 logged on.
Checking for correct external IP address
IP [MY_IP_WHICH_YOU_DONT_NEED_TO_KNOW] ba-b-b-h
Response: 510 Mismatch. Your IP is [MY_DIFFERENT_IP_WHICH_YOU_DONT_NEED_TO_KNOW], bcc-bfb-bgj-ia
Wrong external IP address
Connection closed

Is it something to do with my internet connection or is the server broken?
