softaculous error

I can't start softaculous.heres the error message....Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I'm still having this issue (I'm NOT the original poster of this thread, though...) with the INFO.XML file not being found. What's going on here? Dunno. I expected to be able to setup and run some sites for my business operations, but it appears I'll have to sit out (of the markets) for a day... oh boy.

If this has anything to do with people having a beef with me for some of the comments I've been making on these forums, hey, no offense intended, mkay? I just merely want to take part in community, and I have no interest in starting fights. I also tend to be blunt at times - it's part of my personality.

So, if this has nothing to do with forums conduct, can someone please fix this issue? It seems to be persistent somehow... Just not continuously persistent, but it sure keeps on showing up!
