i'm going to start an end school e-learning project based on moodle

i got a message on moodle server saying :Enabling the PHP setting display_errors is not recommended on production sites because some error messages may reveal sensitive information about your server.

how can i solve this issue

i keep getting a message saying : error reading the database

i installed moodle 2 from softaculous

any ideas??
