    Problems with a joomla installation...

First: hello to all the community. Second: sorry for my english . And the third but the most important:

I would like to know if you can set my "session save path" and make it WRITEABLE. It is for a JOOMLA installation that WAS RUNNING perfectly on the server and now it doesn´t. I hope that this could be the problem.

    The url address is: http://kiomara.exofire.net
    and the error message is:

Warning: require_once(/backup/home/kiomara/public_html/includes/version.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kiomara/public_html/includes/joomla.php71

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/backup/home/kiomara/public_html/includes/version.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/kiomara/public_html/includes/joomla.php on line 71 on line

The named file exists in the folder and has the appropiate chmod permis.

Waiting for an answer from the community...

Re: Problems with a joomla installation...

From your error it is pretty clear that it is caused becase the files stated can't be found.

Since we moved to new server, physical paths have changed. So, in your Joomla configuration file you have to change it's path from /backup/home/kiomara/public_html/
    to /home/kiomara/public_html/
