Is there an ad company that pays for ever person on the site that sees the ad but dont have to click? If there is does anyone have a link? 100 points per link.

Pay-per-view ads? No way.. no ad company would be that stupid.. if you even manage to find one they'd only be in business for a day or so

No google pay per click (PPC).

As far as I know there is http://shareasale.com which has a list of companies to advertise for. (Look for ones paying by Impression).

The best I have found is http://clicksor.com which pays a good price per 1000 and even better if banners get clicked. I have made nearly $250 with the time I have been with them and they pay by Palpay or Cheque which is a bonus since most don't pay through PP.

Yeah, that true..... "pay for every thousand page impressions" is a publishers method of analyzing how much clicks (earn) are there per 1000 impression. ie what u earned per 1000 impressions.
