Well, judging by that, you don't have anything in your public_html folder.

Have you made a backup before you deleted you files? If so, you should be able to restore them.

Also, what site did you had? If you used some script from Fantastico, you should be able to just install it again.

If you deleted your public_html or www folders, try creating them (in your root directory), then try putting some files in there and visiting your site.
