Send Mail - Big problem

I have read some items about mail in this forum an try fix my problem. But I show you my problem:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

nghequockhai@yahoo.com
unrouteable mail domain "yahoo.com"

Please show me the way to fix it.

the email probably doesn't exist. Judging by the email provided, it looks like a gibberish email.

But that email is my active email??? And I can't send any mail to all email address

I'm facing the same problem of SMTP for few days. I've used simple mail() function of PHP, it was working properly but for few days it is not working.
Please help me. Whole registration process has been stopped in my website for this reason.(I've used the email activation process for the registration). Every mail has been returned back to my webmail inbox, with stating the error "Unroutable domain ...".

Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
