    Question Moving Menu

    Is there a way that I can have the menu on my website move up or down as you scroll up and down? I've been searching google and have not found anything. Thanks for any help!

    .. Or check out dynamicdrive.com. Not sure if they have one specifically, but if anyone has a decent one, it's probably there.
