ok so i was thinking, instead paying out the ying yang for for the flash editor(i forgot wat its called lol) couldnt i just use animation shop which is included with psp?(paint shop pro) and like usee css or w/e to do like on hover play animation3 or w/e? just wondering if this would work. thanks!

Well animation is basically flash.
Unless it is an animated image, and you do a rollover, but were talking about hover.
I don't think you can do that using CSS.

Usually you have to use Flash while using hover.
My im not really sure of this also

If you mean essentially cross-browser and 100 times better than flash, then no--it isn't like flash. Nice idea though :D
