Starting my site

I'm new in this host and i recently received my email of account created (today) and i just can't enter to my cpanel... i used both of the links
http://juicy-duff-site.x10Hosting.com:2082
http://juicy-duff-site.x10Hosting.com/cpanel
and both says that the site doesn't exit...what i have to do?
Hope this is the correct section to post this thread...if not tell me please

Try now, i can see the cpanel login and stuff. Make sure that your account info you are using is correct (your cpanel username+pass).

It may take a few hours for DNS to update on all the NS which is why your site wont work.
