How to get money with my blog

Hi, i have an high traffic on my blog (I've used 1gb since 1st november, i have more than 16,000 hits this month) and I need a web, ads, anything that can pay me with my blog, by posting, ads, visits...Anything.
My site is in Spanish, and I want the money to pay a payed host on x10hosting.

well to start off, you could do some offers which could generate x10 money along with getting you "x10cash" which you could (once you have enough), get paypal payouts

But i've tried to do offers, i completed them but i dont get x10cash :S But, I need another things to generate money. I don't need much money, just enough to pay a host and some other services (Domains,etc)

you usually receive the x10cash the day after you did that (depending on how busy Corey is to run the script). and if you want to use the x10cash for paypal payouts or domains, then you may have to wait up to 30 days, just to make sure Corey gets the money from the survey company
