Did a search no results and now I am at a loss...

Hi, I seem unable to log into the ftp accounts. Whenever I try, I get a firefox timeout message, or it just says connection refused. Any ideas how I could fix this please peeps? Also I didn't receive a ftp account login or password with my email, in fact it didn't mention anything about ftp. Should it have done, and how can I correct this?

Ok, so like, because you are moving servers, which I knew, does this mean if I can't access my account, and can't have a fully functional site up in a week, that my account will still be terminated?
This was the only reason I was asking, I don't mind waiting, but I do mind losing my account and or site here.

Nope, those rules do not apply when the server has a problem. Your FTP details are (when the servers working):

Address: yourdomain.x10hoisting.com or domain.com
Username: your cPanel Username
Password: your cPanel password
