Need help on SMTP

i am using phpbb running on my localhost within local SMTP server, when i try to send mail i receive this error message:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 550 550 Delivery is not allowed to this address.

dont know what that mean, and any one please help me to correct this error?

can you display the email sending code please? I would like to see it, i may know how to fix your problem.

The script is from the phpbb forum code. The basic version of the php config on x10hosting disables sendmail (or something similarly named) You need to request a better (v2 at least) version from you acount hosting panel.
