Severely Messed Up Domain

I found this domain that doesn't work for ANYONE else i know but it works for me. For some odd reason when i go to http://www.royalproject.net/ it takes me to my localhost server o_O when my friend did it, his browser said Can Not Be Displayed and took him to a weird search engine

That is because the domain name royalproject.net resolves to the IP of 127.0.0.1 which is localhost
