I Have a Problem

I created an account on x10hosting, free and corporate. The only problem is that for the email I think I accidentally typed 'darkhalo@gmail.com' instead of the one I was meant to type, 'darkhalo11@gmail.com'. How long should I allow for a confirmation email to arrive?, because I still haven't got an email at the address I intended it to be sent to and I'm getting suspicious that it may have went to 'darkhalo@gmail.com'. Could I have some help of some sort?, the username I put in was 'darkhalo' and the chosen website URL was 'http://www.darkhalo.x10hosting.com'.

I assumed there was no such account because I hadn't gotten the confirmation email to create it with yet. I signed up for it on the 15th of December. When I try to create an account with the username 'darkhalo' and the URL 'http://www.darkhalo.x10hosting.com' it says it's already taken.

15th was just yesterday. Give it another day or so see if you get the e-mail if not I'll have somone look into it.

Okay, it's the 17th. How much longer do I have to wait until I get an email at the right address?

If you havn't recieved an email asking you to verify your account (Account Signup Confirmation is the subject of the email), then your email address was wrong. Does it allow you to attempt to recreate the account?

I tried it, it says the username 'darkhalo' and the subdomain 'darkhalo.x10hosting.com' are not available. Can these be made available so I can try again?

Why am I not receiving any emails from X10hosting? I made another account with a different subdomain and username and entered my right email address and I still haven't received an email for the first account or the second one. What's happening?

Any chance when you attempted to sign up the first time, that the name was taken and you didn't notice?

Why haven't you gotten it? I doubt the mods that don't work the backend of the system can answer. Any number of reason. A slight misspelling the first time ...
