    the Best Image displayer

I have been searching for the best way to display a series of images for my website, and I have come across a couple of nifty sites. They are all cool, but I want your help on desiding which looks nicer, which has the slowest loading time, etc.

    GreyBox - http://orangoo.com/labs/GreyBox/

    ThickBox - http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/

    LightBox - http://www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/

If you have another website that you would like to suggest, please give a link so I can check it out.

Lightbox is the best; it's loading time isn't too bad. However, if your website is really aimed towards dial-up users who don't have flash installed, go for GreyBox. Man.. that lightbox stuff is looking really nice.. I might just use that eventually!

ThickBox... it can display more than images, too.

Oh, and don't let the lack of fancy special effects throw you off.

Can I display flash, video, or other content using the script?
Not out of the box, but if you're feeling brave, open up and modify the code to suit your needs. As an alternative, you can give Cody Lindley's ThickBox script a go.
    From the Lightbox FAQ.

    Re: the Best Image displayer

Thickbox seems to be a great solution. I'm actually curious if anyone here has any experience with it. More specifically, I'm aiming to incorporate a php/mysql login swf with it so that when a user clicks on a secured item, they will be prompted to log in or register. Any ideas?
