Need some gfx designers and php coders

I have started a project called "Bus Panel" which is going to be a cPanel alternative. I need coders and gfx designers, we have some but a few more are needed to get this going. I am going to buy a domain soon and *maybe* a vps or server.

Code the panel or template system; which will add dns entrys, e-mails, subdomains, apache config files, or a template system.
