Not very good at PHP, so need help!!!

Hey, just installed PHP-Nuke (AGAIN!!!) But this time I installed it using the script library, not Fantastico. But, now when I go to the admin panel, when I try to click on something, it asks me to log back in, but takes me back to the admin panel frontpage, and does the same thing for everything I can click on!!! I imagine this is a session error... Can someone help me out?

The fantastico and script library have a bug in them it seems cause installing with them causes me to have the same bug, installing manually doesn't.
