I have a couple of questions about selling things through a website.

Firstly, what is the best way for me to sell downloads? Such as videos, images etc.

Secondly, is it complicated to sell items. Such as calenders, posters, which would be posted to the buyer.

Firstly, what is the best way for me to sell downloads? Such as videos, images etc.

First, you must have permission to sell such items ( Unless its things you own. Like DVDs, CDs, VHS, etc ) ... then you just need to set up a site or program ( Fantastico has some nice OScommerce programs you could look into using.

Secondly, is it complicated to sell items. Such as calenders, posters, which would be posted to the buyer.

Complicated? Depends how much effort you want to put into selling such items.

Its all legal content... I want to be able to sell downloadable .zip files(with groups of images) and .mpeg video files etc.

I thought all of the features on Fantasico were only for selling actual items, not downloadable things?

If you're gonna accept PayPal, you could try some PayPal solutions.

And for shopping cart, you can use it for anything, even for selling items on online games.
