Well here is a very simple, backend layout for my CMS.

There obviously needs to be a lot of updates to be done to it, however this is what I am thinking for a backend layout!

What do you guys think?

Well its going to be a while yet, however I was going for simplicity and ease of use on the back end.

I kinda stole the idea of the navigation off Joomla! however I have made it different to theres. And many more changes are going to be made to the layout so it may even change from that to something completly different.

Any more oppinions?!?

On the newest version you've shown, for the bottom two boxes, there is a section below the links for each that doesn't work as a link, and thus has no on-hover reaction.

@ dest581 I am not sure what you are saying .... it works fine for me. Could you provide a screen shot for me too look at.

@ everyone else ... yes there is an air of Joomla! about it, and thats what I think makes people like it. Of course this is only a basic template, but the idea was that it would have the ease of use that Joomla! has. Of course this is most likely to change in the future, such as more graphics will be used, and links will actually go somewhere.

If you have any suggestions as what I should include/create for this then please do PM or or mention here and I will see what I can do about it.

EDIT: @ UnpixelatedGamers: Yes it does still say Untitled Document as it was a quick upload.
